I'm your host, Corey Miscara, and in today's episode, we are going to talk about why you may need to stop thinking about the problem to actually come to a solution.

Okay. So I'm sure none of us are strangers to having a predicament conundrum problem that we can't figure out.

I'm sure also that none of us are strangers to the phenomenon of not knowing what to do and feeling like we have to think about it more focus on the problem, harder, analyze it from all

different angles in order to get a solution. Now, some degree of that is valuable.

I had a spiritual teacher describe that as letting the mind do some whiteboarding.

Essentially, you're just putting all of the facts on the table. You're letting your mind see the different

realities that are at play. And because any decision, even if it's coming from a deeper place

within you, is arising through the realities of the conditions of your life, It is important to have all of those laid out.

And the people who don't take that part seriously or think that that, or think that making an

aligned decision or just leading from presence dismisses that are often the people also that fear

that if I'm not actively engaged in the thinking process then what I'm just going to do nothing

I'm just going to kind of go by the whim of what I'm inspired in this moment.

Like there are realities that I have to think about.

There are consequences to this decision.

I need to make money.

I have to take care of my kids.

This decision impacts not just me, all these other people.

And the answer to that is yes.

And that is why it is valuable to do a whiteboarding process

where you just go, all right, this is what we're contending with.
