If you hear noise in the background I actually chose this because I am sitting on my private balcony

mostly naked in the Seychelles I wish you could see me right now you would die but luckily no one else can so it's fine. Anyway I brought my

equipment with me because I thought this was the perfect time to sort of do some

self-reflection and let me tell you the last few weeks have been anything but easy. I know that

Instagram and just day-to-day things that I do make everything look easy.

And I just want to clarify that because, you know, I get a lot of questions from people going,

how do you do it?
