| 0:29.5 | Well, it's simply a barrier between the inside of your colon, which have all the microbes. |

| 0:39.6 | Most of the microbes, the frontly bacteria, should exist in the large bowel. |
| 0:44.4 | Here are the microbes right here, and then there's a barrier, a mucosal barrier. |

| 1:08.4 | The large bowel is all about fermenting fiber, but there is some water and some electrolyte |
