Well, your career is exceptional and it's so much fun to see someone excel in the business world

from a small college. I want to start because everybody talks about including my three girls,

you know, all the big schools, the Ivy League schools, and I think about all the things that I

did in my career from, you know, running my first exit, you know, in the early 90s, 3.4 billion

with West, to running, you know, bone division at Samsung, to Lee Steinberg Sports Entertainment.

I go back to Occidental, what I learned, on and off the field at Occidental. So I was curious,

you know, everyone's down on colleges these days. Everybody wants to be an entrepreneur,

but you're well educated. You went to both the Harvard of the West, Occidental, and the Harvard

of the East for MBA. What were some of the lessons that you took from your college education at

Occidental that you've applied through your entire career, but especially at DocuSign?

Well, you know, Oxy was great for me, and I had a fantastic opportunity, that one of the things

I point out to people about the benefits of small liberal arts colleges are all the standard things
