| 0:00.0 | Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of On the Line. Today is going to be a really |
| 0:07.2 | interesting episode, I think, because I have Imogen Pennell, who is the health information manager |
| 0:14.3 | at Joe's Cervical Cancer Trust, which is UK's only cervical cancer charity? Yeah, so we like to call ourselves the |
| 0:24.8 | leading cervical cancer charity because we're the only one in the UK that's dedicated to kind |
| 0:29.5 | of supporting women who are affected by cervical cancer and their families, but we also do a lot |
| 0:33.8 | around prevention and cervical health generally. So what is a health information manager? |
| 0:39.1 | It's a very good question. It sounds fancy. But basically what it means is I'm responsible for |

| 1:13.0 | little bit about how the charity started. Yeah, let's do that. So it was started by James Maxwell |
| 1:20.8 | and his wife, Joe. And Joe unfortunately died of cervical cancer at age 40. |
| 1:27.9 | But what they found when she was diagnosed is that there was just no information there. |
| 1:33.5 | They couldn't find anything about cervical cancer because it is considered a rare cancer. |
| 1:37.7 | Is it? |
| 1:38.2 | Yeah, it is. |
| 1:39.4 | And they also couldn't find anyone else who'd had that experience. |
| 1:43.3 | So she felt really isolated. And obviously |
| 1:46.2 | her family around are trying to support her. It's just really difficult when there's, there's not |
