0:26.3	on perennials a bit, which is just something that I really need to learn more about.
0:31.4	So I'm really glad to be talking to you, Richard.
0:33.7	But today we're talking about aromatics and herbs.
0:37.4	And I guess the first question I would have would be if you could define an aromatic
0:42.5	versus an herb, how would you sort of split those two?
0:45.6	Actually, that's a very good question.
0:47.9	And the answer is I don't know if I could or if there even is a difference.
0:52.4	I guess to me an aromatic is something that you rub in between your fingers.
0:56.2	And the smell is just so penetrating.
0:59.7	And a lot of aromatics are herbs.
1:02.4	So I don't really know if there's a difference, but some of the herbs are usually considered
1:06.4	to be more something that you would put in your food.
1:10.7	Whereas like for example, you know, b-bomb could be aromatic, at least the lemon b-bomb
1:16.0	variety.
1:17.0	Sure.
1:18.0	But I don't think I've ever or even thought about putting that into my food.
1:21.9	Mm-hmm.
1:22.9	Yeah, I don't know.
1:23.9	I'm sure you probably could.
