This guy is taking no prisoners, he's not messing around.

The special counsel Jack Smith, speaking to reporters yesterday, Benny Thompson, the chair of the

January 6th committee, said that they're going to be making criminal referrals to the Department of

Justice. Well, that would be to Jack Smith. Jack Smith, as the Washington Post reports, has now subpoenaed

local officials in Arizona, Michigan, and Wisconsin. The Department of Justice has now charged

955 people with crimes around January 6th, but they have not yet gone to the very top, which is

Trump, and some of the people around Trump, you know, Mark Meadows, his right hand man, some of the

others who were probably very tight with him, some of the people in the House and Senate.

It looks like they're starting to take a serious look at these people, and we've got a guy who's

a war crimes prosecutor in here saying, no, we're going to take this very, very seriously, and I think

that that's a very, very good thing. For somehow yesterday, I got the idea that this criminal lawsuit

against the Trump organization was coming out of LaTisha James' office, and it wasn't,

it was coming out of Alvin Bragg's office. He's the district attorney in Manhattan. My apologies

for getting that wrong yesterday. And now Alvin Bragg has the opportunity to go after the Trump

...
