This is Doug loves minis. The show that is extremely grateful to get to spend an entire week

in beautiful Traverse City, Michigan for the Traverse City Film Festival coming to you from a hotel room in Traverse City, Michigan during the Traverse City Film Festival.

Today is day one. I'm excited to go to the opening night film and the opening night party and possibly

even check out some of Talladega Nights, not the full title, out at Open Space, which

is free to the public.

You don't have to have festival tickets or badges.

Every night, they show a different movie.

Last night, they had kind of a preview night out at the open space,

and I got to see Jonathan Demi's brilliant concert film Talking Heads

Stop Making Sense.

Really fun to watch outside on a beautiful summer night on the waters of Northern Michigan.

Once I get out of here, once the Traverse City Film Festival is finished, I'm going to New York

City to do Douglas movies at the Gramercy Theater.
