when Christians around the world celebrate the birth of God in flesh. Chuck titled this study

Jesus the greatest life of all. We begin in Colosians chapter one. More than two millennia ago an ordinary-looking Jewish man began doing some, well, extraordinary things.

He taught a form of spirituality

that focused more on the heart

than the external appearance of righteousness. He healed disabilities and diseases.

Moreover, he did something only God could do. He forgave sins. An encounter with the remarkable Jesus of Nazareth typically

prompted this question, who is this man? 2,000 years later, people are still asking that same question.

Who is Jesus? I mean, is he the son of God a great teacher is he an ordinary man or is he really a

myth to answer this question we don't have to waste a lot of time sorting through various

human opinions. Why? Because the Bible offers a completely reliable source of information about Jesus of Nazareth, so we can

discover his identity for ourselves. Now with that in mind turn with me to a passage of primary

reference in this completely reliable source of information, the Bible. Let's answer that question. Who is Jesus? The

reference I'm referring to is found in the first chapter of the little letter

to the Colaitions. We'll begin reading at verse 15.
