You know, folks, the Brian Coburger case, it's, we know that they gave the defense nearly

six months to prepare for the hearings, actually, the probable cause hearings that it will

start on June 26th. And I just did a show the other night

with Professor Mike Geary and talking about what is the defense doing with all of this time.

How are they using their time to further the ends of their job, which is to create doubt, beyond the reasonable

doubt, that old acronym, BARD, B-A-R-D, beyond the reasonable doubt, that's what the defense is looking

to create. So in being fair that the defense is using all this time and trying to create doubt,

you might ask, or I would ask, certainly ask, what is the prosecution doing right now?

Are they resting on their laurels?

Are they resting on the information they have right now? Are they resting and just

fine-tuning the evidence they have now? Or are they aggressively going out there and building a better
