And we're going to cover some of the Idaho quadruple case tonight from an angle, hopefully, that hasn't been exorbed enough.

A lot of, I think a lot of the broadcast stations are sort of tripping on themselves,

trying to come up with some new stories.

There's perhaps a new angle because of the gag order,

no at least qualified information or what we can verify as vetted information is coming through.

So because of our experience in law enforcement, we can talk about things that perhaps the broadcast media doesn't know about,

or the angles talk about what we know that they perhaps don't know. And that is the evidence.

And that's the most important thing in this case is the evidence and how the evidence is going to be

presented. And in our system of justice, it's an adversarial system where the prosecution will present their case

and then the defense will try to thwart the prosecution's case by creating doubt, as we know,

because the prosecution must create their case beyond a reasonable doubt and the

defense's job is to create doubt so even one of those jurors out of the 12 will have doubt that the

defendant is guilty and if that one person votes to say not guilty,

then the defendant is found not guilty.

The case is over, and he's found not guilty.
