1:18.0	How would I manage a property in Birmingham? I've got to be here twice a week. That's six hours in the car.
1:25.0	That's all my rental profit gone in petrol and my Lamborghini.
1:30.0	So that's not going to work. You know the good agents, the shit agents, you know the good refer people, the shit ones.
1:37.0	You know the good tenants, the bad tenants in your area. And I know that in my area. And if I come to your area, I've got to learn all that over again.

1:46.0	Some people argue, you're not managing the property or like why can't you invest?
1:51.0	You still have to manage the manager. So I also own a management company that has 1350 tenants.
1:56.0	And if I've got 10 properties in 10 cities, I've got to manage 10 managers who are then managing my properties.
2:02.0	Because you know what it's like with letting the letting's a management, you don't just give them the property and then go to bed.
2:08.0	They fuck around. They, you know, they have six months voids. They get, don't check tenants properly.
2:15.0	It's never completely hands off.
