Summary

Starting today the Cabral Concept is moving to 7 days a week!

But, we are going to keep it to just 1 podcast per day (so you don't get overwhelmed with information) and we'll keep the same format Monday - Friday and then save the Cabral House Calls for Saturdays and Sundays.

Welcome to Cabral House Call. I'm Stephen Cabral, Board certified naturopathic doctor, and today I have some important information

So what that means is that I've been getting some feedback that people feel that our two

everyday 10 minute shows are a little hard to keep up with and they love the information

but they want to make sure that they're not missing any shows on a daily basis.

So since I always said that this show is created for you,

it's to share what I've seen to be extremely successful over the last 20 years in my Boston practices both for weight loss

and for wellness and anti-aging and I want to share that with you.

But I want to make sure that it's for you, that the format fits you correctly.

So I have listened and what I'm going to do now is instead of doing two shows per day that are about 10 minutes each,

one is typically our topic of the day, a mindset motivation Monday, a total wellness Tuesday, a weight

loss Wednesday, a training Thursday and a Friday review where I give you my

personal recommendations that I always use. So instead of doing that, we're going to

keep the same and then after each show I should say, we do a cabral house call.

But what I want to do is this, I want to make it simpler.

What I'm going to do is I'm going to do the same topics each and every week Monday through Friday but then on the

weekends we're gonna take out all the Cabral house calls during the weekdays

we're gonna add in the Cabral house calls on the weekend so we'll do one to two
