of your athletic capability and you know the smartest person on the planet but actually they're not really looking for that I mean it's it's important that you're fit and healthy and it's important that you're you know good technically good at whatever your profession is but actually they were looking for a huge range of things that I hadn't thought about, like how well you're able to communicate with others, whether you're a good team player, whether you're a good leader and communicator, so there's much more to it in fact than I'd first appreciated.
