Welcome to another episode of The Homestretch w/Adrian Durant, where we meet and have conversations with some of the most inspiring and elite athletes, coaches and sports personalities. Today, we have with us on the show, Wallace Spearmon, an Olympian athlete and a World Champion. Spearmon is a track & field athlete who specializes in the 200 meters. He is a two-time NCAA outdoor champion in the 200 m and won the silver medal in the event at the 2005 World Championships in Athletics. He has a personal best of 19.65 seconds for the distance, making him the ninth fastest 200 meter runner of all-time.

In this interview with Wallace Spearmon, we talk about his early days, how he got into track and running. He shares about his time at High School and University of Arkansas, where he competed collegiately for two seasons before turning pro. Wallace shares his two cents on becoming a World Class athlete. We also talked about the unfortunate incident when he had to give up his Olympic medal. Wallace also shares his plans for the future.
