The key to all of this, the calibration is the infection rate.

And this gets a little technical, but I need people to really understand this.

Why don't you open tomorrow?

Because we're afraid the infection rate will go up.

And everything we've been doing is to slow the infection.

As the president said, there will be areas of the country that will require continued mitigation,

strong efforts, and there will be other areas of the country that will be given guidance for greater flexibility.

It's so important to come back to those three big words.
