This month sees the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz,

and today on the podcast, we've got a conversation about children who survived the Nazi concentration camps

with Dr Rebecca Clifford, Associate Professor of History at Swansea University.

Rebecca is the author of an upcoming book, Survivors, Children After the Holocaust,

and she spoke to BBC History Revealed editor, Charlotte Hodgman,

about 300 Jewish children who were brought to the Lake District to build new lives

after surviving the
