This is where we take you behind the scenes and down the dirty back alleys of Hollywood,

the movie capital of the world, a place that's supposed to be all about palm trees, swimming

pools, and movie stars, but far too often, that's not what you find.

Hollywood is a place of sunlight and shadows, murder and mythology and has been home to

more cranks, cooks, lunatics, and murderers than you'll find in your average asylum.

If you haven't guessed it, we're walking the dark streets of Los Angeles in season 5,

the so-called City of Angels.

But if there are any angels here, they're the fallen kind.

We're turning over rocks and uncovering the history, mystery, spirit, scandals, and

sins of Hollywood, that glamourous bit of LA that's little more than smoke and mirrors,

phony facades, and broken dreams.

Each episode of the new season, which started with episode 70 and will end with, I have

no idea, will reveal another sorted Hollywood tale of crime, corruption, murder, and of course

ghosts.

Now keep in mind, the episodes in this season may not be suitable for all listeners.

Los Angeles has seen more than its share of crime over the years and has been the scenes
