0:55.8	podcast episode and that's a there's a reason for that as well so I'm going to
1:02.1	address that during this week's broadcast and
1:05.1	talk to you about the state of the podcast now I don't want you to get concerned
1:10.5	I know often when your favorite podcasts suddenly come up with a state of
1:16.1	the podcast episode it can be a bit daunting you think oh does this mean that the
1:21.3	podcast is winding down does this mean it's had its day?
1:25.3	Well no quite the contrary this podcast is a very big part of my life and I do want to
1:32.4	just share with you some of the goings on in my personal life and how it's affected
1:38.9	the podcast and what we can expect from the future of the podcast.
1:42.8	So I just want to address that with you today.
1:46.4	But firstly, before we get to that,
1:48.8	there is going to be some material that we present to you normally as we do in the History of the World
1:56.2	Podcast magazine and normally what we do we go back over the history of the History of
2:01.8	the World Podcast and look back over its previous five years of existence
2:07.2	and look at the episodes that were being published around this day in each of those years.
2:15.0	Firstly we're going to go back five years to when we were looking at volume one, the prehistoric episode.
2:22.0	And one of the earliest individuals for who we have a
2:26.2	story for and it's Uzzi the Iceman so we're going to go back to our episode about metallurgy and find out about this strange human
2:39.0	being who we discovered frozen in the Alps.
