The new book is a look and overview at the numerous

legal efforts. The left has tossed toward Donald Trump, and we'll get to those at a second.

You say in the beginning, the preface actually, the left's political strategy is to use the legal

system to target their opponents.

Is this not just an extension of the left strategy for perhaps decades previously,

meaning the legislating from the bench, instilling, defending unpopular and unwanted policies

through the judiciary branch, and this is an extension of that. Yeah, that's exactly right.
