I mean, mobile homes are, I tell people, mobile homes are just American is hot dogs.

And so 4,000 are institutionally owned, meaning corporations own them, you know, it's larger

players really getting to like this year alone, Blackstone put dumped 550 million dollars

in the mobile home park industry.

Why it was the top performance, mobile home parks and storage facilities with a top two

performing industries during the pandemic.

Oh, 100% rent rose.

So you know, a lot of investors are like, okay, you know, I need to get in that sector.

So most mobile home parks are owned.

We call them mom and pop parks, right?

They're owned.

They've been in the family.

And so a lot of these, a lot of people that you know, they want to retire.

Like, yo, I don't want the responsibility anymore.

The kids don't want it.

So as investors, we're like, yo, let's, let's, let's help, you know, and again, this is

how we solve the affordable housing crisis.

This is how we, you know, have our part.

And so you're talking about over 41,000 mobile home communities that can potentially, you know,

be invested in.

And so it's, it's like a gold rush right now.
