It's not even about what I believe, it's a fact that it's really, really, really

hit difficult to hit a target that you're not shooting for.

And me personally, I create big picture goals, targets, and then I like to break those

down into smaller targets.

So I'll know what my 12 month goal is or even my five year goal.

And now how do I break that down into five one year goals?

And then how do I break those down into quarterly goals or monthly goals, daily goals?

But we lose so much of our momentum because we don't know what we're shooting for.

Shooting for.

which is amazing.
