Well hello my friends. I'm just popping into your feed with this bonus podcast for either you to hear or for you to pass on to someone who might need it.

At the Life Coach School, we have decided to do something we're calling the hiring project.

And it is our response to many of the people who have been laid off from their jobs or furloughed from their jobs or temporarily laid off from their jobs and don't have work that want work right now.

There's too many of us in America who want to work and want to get paid and want to be able to pay our bills and because of the virus we are unable to do so right now.

So I was on a walk thinking about this, how can I help? What can I do in this time to be able to help support the people that want to go to work and want to get paid and pay their bills.

We're in a position at the Life Coach School because of our tremendous success over the past several years to be able to offer support and offer help.

We've done so in many ways within our organization but we thought this way would be amazingly fun.

So what I decided to do is get with my team and say, okay, what could we genuinely use help with right now?

What are some projects that maybe we had on the back burner that we don't have space and time with our regular staff but we could hire a staff of people to jump in and help us and put them to work so they could make money during this time online.

So I brought one of my team members who hadn't been working for us because he had worked in our shipping department and because we're not shipping anything he didn't have any work to do.

So we called him up and said, hey, we want to bring you back on full time and have you run these projects.

And so we've decided to do three different projects.

We're going to do project number one, which is the podcast book.

So some of you may know about this project because you got the podcast book from the first 200 episodes.

And we're now into the 300th-ish episodes and we want to do pages for each one of those episodes.

And we need people to help us create and write and proofread and get those published.

That book is so powerful for so many people because it has all of my concepts and all of my teachings in it based on what we've done in the podcast.

And it basically takes each podcast that I've ever done and summarizes it and the ideas in it into one page.

So we are taking on that project so we can do a new version of our podcast book and we will be offering that podcast book to our students and to our listeners for some really fun bonuses for other things that we're doing and for some giveaways.

So first we got to get it done.

So we're looking to hire 10 people for that project to get that project done over the next 30 days.
