So we've been talking a lot about self-regulation, disregulation. We think that this is the killer

application of personality type. I mean, there's probably a few killer applications, but I think

this one's a big one. Because we've discovered through client work and coaching that we don't just get

dysregulated on the channels that have been obvious to us, like in therapy and coaching

and the channels that people often talk about, which is like our body or our emotions.

We also can get cognitively disregulated in our mind and our thoughts.

And we can also get intuitively or imaginatively with meaning and direction of life,

existentially disregulated.

Existentially, that's right.

So there's like four basic ways we can become disregulated.

And if you look at the map of the Myers-Briggs system through Coral Young personality,

We've got sensing with the body, feelings with the emotions, like our heart and emotions.
