So I wanted to do this idea.

For those of you guys who don't know, we are live within our community.

So like Jake was saying earlier, that three of our podcasts are just recorded whenever

And then, but once a month, we have a live podcast recording within the SvS Learn community where

you can ask live questions. We've got a whole group of people here right now who can,

you know, they're seeing this as we go. And so my idea was today is to address some of the things that this group

deals with and, you know, everybody deals with it. But within SVS, we have a contest every month

called How to Fix Your Art. You guys may have heard about it. We talk about it all the time.

But typically it's a prompt and it varies on whether it's a design prompt or a story-based prompt, but whatever.

It's an illustration contest once a month just for fun where people can try to make a portfolio piece in the style they want they're going into and then address the concept.

Now, I do want to just address why that is important because a lot of time and i've seen this a lot with art schools that i've been

lecturing at and i go do portfolio reviews sometimes art school is really sort of do whatever

you want school and that can be good because you learn some things.

You find, you know, you find your way.

You find your passions and stuff like that.

The drawback for that kind of art school is people never end up challenging themselves
