| 1:12.0 | out of the rental market. Rob, what's happening? Yeah, so this is a survey of their members, |
| 1:17.8 | and they found that 78% of their members are likely to be more selective about who they rent to. |
| 1:23.0 | Now the Renters Rights Act has passed, which kind of makes you wonder, who's the 22%? |
| 1:26.7 | Because of course you're going to be more selective. But they talk about those who are going to be the hardest hit, which is not surprisingly, people who are on unpredictable incomes, international students. We've talked about those a lot as well, and those who are on housing benefit. Something else that gets mentioned, which I hadn't thought of before, but makes sense, is that it might be harder now to get a guarantor. |

| 1:50.5 | It could go on forever, which means that being a guarantor is more of a commitment. |
