flourishing really mean to you? And how does it differ from just being happy or successful?

Yeah. First of all, thanks for having me on the show. I'm really grateful. Well, I mean, human

flourishing is a complex term because we often think that to flourish just means to have a good mood or to be happy or for everything to be working out well with us.

But flourishing is more than that because we can flourish even when things are in some ways not going well or when we're facing challenges.

Like in our world, when we talk about mental health, it's kind of hard because sometimes even mental health clinicians don't really know what we mean by mental health.
