0:18.0	Hey guys, welcome to today's episode and I'm so excited. I have Stephen Azelle here and we are talking all about the toxic dangers in your laundry room and in the rest of your house. So Stephen, welcome. I'm so excited to be here. It's going to be amazing.

0:40.5	So, you know, a lot of people don't think about their laundry room being toxic.
0:44.8	So I want you to talk about what are some of the biggest things that can go south in the laundry room?
0:52.4	Well, there's a lot.
0:53.3	And I think the biggest thing that most people just don't know is how dangerous and toxic the
1:01.0	store-bought kind of blue goo laundry detergents are fabric softeners, dryer sheets, stain
1:08.2	removers.
1:08.8	The bulk of these products, Entel are actually designed to leave a chemical film on your fabrics.
1:15.3	Right? The reason why they're most of these, the blue goo is blue and gooey's because it's literally designed to leave a blue film on your clothes.
1:24.8	And so that underneath artificial light, UV light, there are these optical
1:29.4	brighteners to trick your eyes and believe that your clothes are brighter than they actually
1:33.9	are. And they're so gooey because, again, not only they're trying to, they're carrying these
1:38.2	UV brighteners, but they're also carrying fragrances. And, you know, 99 or greater percent of companies never disclose
1:48.3	what are the actual fragrance ingredients that are in there.
1:52.2	So they designed it to leave fragrance behind, perfumes, that could be a pharmacopoeia of toxic
1:57.8	chemicals.
