Yeah, it's our pleasure. So how would you get us started by telling us a little bit about

yourself and what you do? Well, my name is Natalie Lou. I live in South East London in the UK.

And I have been writing about relationships and self-esteem for over 16 years on my

website, baggage reclaim.com. And from there, I've then had e-courses and books and I do a podcast

called the baggage reclaim sessions. And all of my work is really about helping people to reclaim themselves from their

emotional baggage.

And so a lot of my work is with people who identify with people pleasing, affectionism,

and overthinking.

And these habits then interfering with their ability to have healthy relationships,

to, you know, have fulfilling careers, and also actually just to like themselves in the life

that they're living. And yeah, so I do that through, primarily really through the website and

really from sharing lessons that I've learned along the way through my own experiences. I

basically experienced somewhat of a personal transformation and an epiphany, an awakening as such.
