back with you today. We're going to continue our conversation that we had last week talking about

leadership and that type of thing. But before we do, I want to just ask you what

you're most excited about with the Leaders Heart cohort coming up this fall. Oh, yeah. You know,

I think one of the things I'm most excited about is that people who are doing things that feel

alone, most of people I think that are really in positions of leadership, are doing things that feel alone.

Most people, I think, that are really in positions of leadership.

They do that without feeling like they get much people, other people knowing them and really knowing their heart and what's going on, and especially when they have doubts or when

they're struggling.

So one of the things I'm really excited about is that people can begin to come in who are leaders

and maybe are struggling, even if it's nothing huge, but just feeling kind of on their own, feeling alone.

Others also, though, maybe coming in going, I am really beginning to get

burned out or I'm struggling with certain things that I don't want to let people know I'm

struggling with. And so in the leader's heart, there's also not only building relationship with

other men that can be trusted, that they can begin to know them, but also really helping them develop, do you really
