1:02.2	that I'd held my body in contempt. I didn't mean to. I felt it betrayed me. It was a frustrating
1:07.5	thing. Well, I'm not going to lie. It's just like as I stood there, I was at once confronted, and I realized you can't hold your body in contempt and simultaneously expect it to heal.
