Summary

Charles Flannigan, a renowned celebrity trainer and cannabis consultant, delves into his personal journey of overcoming addiction and anxiety through the utilization of cannabis. Charles shares how he initially sought solace in alcohol and prescription medication as a coping mechanism, but soon realized that these substances were only exacerbating his problems. It was then that he turned to cannabis and embarked on a journey of self-education, studying the different properties and benefits of the plant and how it could aid in his recovery.

Throughout the episode, Charles stresses the significance of professional guidance and support when utilizing cannabis as a therapeutic tool. He encourages listeners to take a holistic approach to their health and well-being and to consider cannabis as a viable option in their journey toward optimal mental and physical well-being.
