Nobody saw Tyler much anymore after college.

At first, the change happened slowly enough that nobody really questioned it.

People got older. Jobs changed. Some friends moved away while others got married or started families.

It became normal to go months without hearing from someone you once saw every weekend.

But Tyler's disappearance felt different.

He stopped answering calls consistently.

He rarely showed up when people invited him anywhere.

And when he did, he usually left early with some vague excuse about work or needing to help his mother around the house.

Even online, messages would sit unanswered for days before he eventually responded with short

replies that sounded rushed or distracted. The strange part was that Tyler used to be the opposite.

In high school and during the first couple years after graduation, he was always the one

organizing things, bonfires, fishing trips, road trips, nobody could afford.

If there was a reason for everyone to get together, Tyler usually started it.
