Summary

Boyd, Minnesota is a small town. A very small town. In 1920 though, it was booming, with a population of 529. Today there are 175 residents and…one haunted house. The Boyd House. What happened in the home? What secrets lie behind the walls? And who is haunting the home? Is it Fred and Minnie Eckhardt? Maybe some of their 11 children are still there?

About our guest: Jill Shelley has always been interested in the spirit world. She formed a paranormal team, St. Croix Paranormal and has investigated locations around the country. She decided she wanted to have her own haunted house, and in 2018 she bought the Boyd House. It is available to others for their own investigations 365 days a year.
