Coming to you live now from the Harden Penitentiary here in southern Illinois, where just a few moments ago the governor denied clemency for William Lilharp Harper.

Harper and his deceased brother are notorious gang members, serial killers, rapists, and armed robbers, as well as alleged cult leaders.

After his older brother was killed by deputies, Harper was sentenced to death for his role

in well over 100 separate crimes, including rapes, robberies, prison breaks, and at least

22 separate homicides. He committed along with his brother. Presumably, the execution is going on as

we speak or has just taken place, and we are waiting from announcement from state officials.

getting this? Are you getting this? A prison official has just emerged and he's holding what,

what appears to be what he, what he has is He's holding Mr. Harper's severed head.

It's his head.

presumably as a warning of some kind.
