But something that I think should at least be a part of someone's training regimen once every few years.

It's not something you want to stay on all the time, but it's definitely a good break in the midst of your training, especially when you're trying to go for really heavy one-rep maxes, which is obviously the goal with a lot of Olympic lifters and power lifters.

This is going to get you out of that group, but it is going to be a huge stimulus for growth and adaptation.
