The goal with each and every one of these shows is to bring you as much value-packed information and content to help you move better in the gym and in life, decrease your body, takes and pains and help you reach your true athletic potential. Today I'm joined once again by two-time Olympian Chad Vaughn. |
| 0:22.1 | And today we're going to go over a topic that is near and dear to our hearts and something |
| 0:25.9 | that we get asked about constantly over social media, which is how do I squat deeper? |
| 0:31.3 | And how do you do so consistently, especially with heavier weights? |
| 0:34.6 | Because that's another thing that we see. |
| 0:36.7 | I'm sure many of you that are listening to this, |

| 1:33.6 | the squat pattern with whatever barbell pattern you are using, whether that's a front squad, |
| 1:39.0 | an overhead squad, a back squat, and for my Olympic lifters and my crossfitters, your cleans |
| 1:43.9 | and snatches. |
| 1:44.9 | So let's first touch on briefly, mobility. |
| 1:47.9 | What are the main limiting factors in a deep squat? |
