So I think there's a, there's a level of just letting go of everything needing to be perfect and

manicured. And that's when you can really be yourself and invite others in. Otherwise, you're going to

live an exhausting life trying to get to a finish line that keeps moving because you're running

enjoy thinking about it. It gives us anxiety. Why do you think so many people are terrible with money,

even though we know the basics of what we should be doing? Is it psychological? Is it social? Is it

something else? What in the world's going on? Well, there's a lot of shame and baggage around money. Not only how we deal with it, but how we saw our families deal with it.

Maybe we saw family trauma happen because of money or touching an area of money.

And there's a societal thing where like money is taboo. We'll talk about literally anything else.

We will get into political fights, religious

arguments, but money, we're like, hey, let's not go there, okay, too soon. And so I do think

there's so much emotion built up around money because money is a tool, but that tool has a lot
