How do I be more happy? How do I find happiness and And it's a weird question to ask me because I'm not some kind of

Sunshine and Unicorns guys. So my question is always, well why do you think you want to be happy?

What is happiness? Why do you think you want it, man? Me, I don't live what people would consider

happy life. I live a meaningful life I live a

purposeful life I wake up charged fired up ready to do what it is that I do

ready to live my life mission ready to do these podcasts for you ready to write

ready to raise hell ready to take someone out ready to scalp somebody

that's best what I do ready learn, ready to engage with the world.

So when people are like, Mike, are you happy?

Eh, you know, I don't know, I don't know if I am happy.

Certainly I'm not miserable, I'm pleasant to be around

people like to be around me

But I'm not yeah, yeah

Whatever it is you know giggling whatever it is a happy people do

I'm in that flow state all the time what is it mical I'll never pronounce this guy's name right I should learn how to do it but But you know, a guy wrote a book flow.

I'm not, I'm not going to lie and say I read the whole book. Like a lot of books I read,

you know, you read a chapter or two and you get it. Okay, you get it.

That's why I made guerrilla mindset different.

You read a book and they give you an idea

but they don't follow up, like here's how you do it.
