Summary

It’s mid-February, and I am curious…have you kept your New Year’s Resolutions? Did you even make them? If not, then you are not alone. Today we talk with one of our all time favorite habit researchers and New York Times best selling author, Gretchen Rubin. She challenges us to think about how our personality types define how we make and keep habits. This discussion with Gretchen will make you rethink everything you know about forming new habits and leave you better equipped to make a plan and, ultimately, become a habit keeper.
