I also want to say I'm sharing a method that has been incredibly helpful for me and my personal health goals,

not to do my own horn, but whenever I talk about eating 60, 80% healthy, millions of people have an

aha moment. Now, I'm currently taking classes to become certified in health and wellness, nutrition,

physical training, and behavioral change, but I don't currently hold these titles. So while I don't

technically have the certifications at the exact moment, I do have the

experience and education in other areas. I actually love that I had this method before starting to take my

classes because I have a very real world, realistic approach to eating and creating a healthy

eating habit around it. As you guys know, I study habits in depth and I also learned this over the

course of months, tested it, lived it,

and have seen so many others have so much success with it. And now I just want to share for everyone

out there who wants to create healthy eating habits in their lives. Not only did I like test it and

live it, I like still live it. It has been the biggest change in terms of reaching my health

goals, this concept, developing the mindset and the habit of eating 60 to 80% healthy.
