So I have a list of questions that I've received over the last, I would say, week.

And these questions all came as a result of the interview I did with Toby on Superagents

Live.

Now we posted the replay of that show as yesterday's, or that interview as yesterday's radio show and Monday's radio show.

The feedback I got from all of you was, I would say, pretty extraordinary, because a lot of you, I think, are very confused about what it takes to be successful in the real estate business in this market.

And it was interesting to me the feedback, because, you know because Toby and I were on that interview.

It was only supposed to be an hour and ended up lasting two hours.

And during that two-hour session, Toby was asking some really great questions, some very

probing questions about what it really takes to be successful in the real estate industry.

And I think, again, you guys need to go back and listen to the two hours of that interview.
