Now before we get into today's episode, I just want to note that I will be mentioning

Now one of the things I really appreciate about this work that I do is receiving the many

inquiries from you all about mindfulness, meditation, and just life in general.

At the time of me writing this, a lot has been going on in this country and also around

the world.

Most recently, the country is trying to find ways to heal from a mass shooting in Texas

at an elementary school, where many children were victims.

In addition, racism is a continuous problem.

The economy isn't looking too good, and mother earth is continuing to suffer from severe

climate shifts.

So naturally, I've received inquiries about fear of the state of the world and how mindfulness

can help.

And then recently, my own daughters came to me with fear in their voices, talking about

how things look bleak in this world.

So I just wanted to use this episode to discuss fear and give a couple of mindfulness tips

to help us process this ever-present, strong emotion.
