Summary

Using Hebrews 5-7, Pastor Dan Watson helps us answer the question “why did we need another high priest?” We see that sacrifices, atonement and trying to abide by the laws were not enough to save God’s people. We needed a powerful and indestructible High Priest, which we received in Jesus. Jesus was the only one who could truly save the people of God and our response should be to glorify and praise Him. Through every circumstance, we can hold onto hope by leaning into scripture and fleeing the things that cause us to drift away from Him.
