imagine that you are breathing in calmness and strength. And as you

exhale, imagine that you are breathing out, stress, and worry.

Feel your anxiety slip away with each exhale and if your mind drifts to thoughts of anxiety.

Acknowledge them and bring your attention back to your breath. You are strong. This too shall pass.
