Hi, my name is John Kim and I'm a therapist who went through his own

clinical and with you instead of at you I come unrehearsed on

purpose because self-help doesn't have to be so complicated. So Carl Jung

talks about the first half of your life and then there's a second half of your life and he

divides it by sun and moon so the first half is the sun rising which is you know lots of energy it's the you coming up it's you

grinding building your empire everything that is external, right?

This is also you chasing things that are outside of self.

And of course, this was all of my 20s, my 30s,

and then he talks about the... all of my 20s, my 30s.

And then he talks about the second half of your life,

which is post-midlife crisis,

which is the Moon.

And this is, so if the Sun was masculine energy,

this is now feminine energy, the Moon.

And I don't know if it's me buying a house that's away from this city and raising a daughter.

I'm sure, you know, those are big life changes.

I'm sure that has something to do with it but man I really feel

this whole second part of my life coming and it's it's really resonating with me

and I wonder where you are, but for me,

the second half of my life, and it's distinct,

you know, it's not like this gradual fade or maybe it is for many but for me it's like I I feel like I'm in it you know I feel like my first half is done and part of it might be getting older you know part of it
