Summary

Two former UK Chancellors, Jeremy Hunt and Kwasi Kwarteng, deliver a brutal, unfiltered emergency analysis on Labour’s first two budgets.  They expose the truth behind the £70 billion tax hike, the controversial welfare policies, and why freezing housing taxes will "gum up" the top end of the market. Discover the shocking reasons this financial chaos is happening now and why the UK's global reputation is taking a hit! BEST MOMENTS "I was really giving Rachel Reeves and Keir Starmer the benefit of the doubt... I thought the basic philosophy was going to be pro-business. And I think yesterday, very sadly, growth was completely sacrificed." "The one thing that most worried me... was the extra bands of council tax on more expensive homes... it is going to gum up the top end of the property market." "They've got another three years of budgets. And do I think they're suddenly going to balance the books and not raise taxes? No, I don't" Exclusive community & resources:   For more EXCLUSIVE & unfiltered content to make, manage & multiply more money, join our private online education platform: Money.School → https://money.school   And if you’d like to meet 7 & 8 figure entrepreneurs, & scale to 6, 7 or 8 figures in your business or personal income, join us at our in-person Money Maker Summit Event (including EXCLUSIVE millionaire guests/masterminds sessions)  → https://robmoore.live/mms  🔗 CONNECT WITH ROB  📸 Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/robmooreprogressive/?locale=en_GB  📸 Instagram:  https://www.instagram.com/robmooreprogressive/  👨‍💻 Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/robmoore1979?originalSubdomain=uk  🌍 Website: https://robmoore.com/  🎙 A NOTE FOR THE #DISRUPTORS:      The world is on the edge of a revolution. Jeremy, what shocked you the most about the budget?

0:52.3

I think that I felt a bit betrayed actually because obviously I'm

0:58.4

a conservative and I've got skin in the game as a former chancellor but I was really giving

1:05.9

Rachel Reeves and Kirstama the benefit of the doubt on an individual level I think they're

1:10.1

both decent people

1:11.5

and, you know, different political traditions. But I really did think that we would have a party

1:17.3

that, yes, they were never going to agree with me on the need to bring taxes down. But I thought

1:22.4

the basic philosophy was going to be pro-business. And I think yesterday, very sadly, you know, growth was

1:31.8

completely sacrificed to the internal Labour Party debate about welfare spend. And I think it's going to

1:41.6

make it much harder to get out of our low growth trap.
