1:14.6	You know, a lot of young people are leaving the country.
1:16.6	You will have friends, you will have relatives in their 20s and 30s who are looking to emigrate.
1:23.6	Many of them won't come back.
1:25.6	And that's precisely because they just see there aren't the opportunities here.
1:28.7	And I think the 70s was the last time that that was the case.
