Did anything good or not good happen to you this week?

You know, there were some, it was a very busy weekend.

Very little time to myself, two soccer games, had to go to a spa banquet where my older

son, Lincoln, was nominated for Best Actor.

A spa banquet?

Is that what you said?

Oh, yeah.

Spa's Student Performers Association, I guess.

Okay.

I like that you didn't realize you had to explain that to me.

Like your son wasn't getting an award for giving the best seaweed rap or something.

That's right.

Best massage goes to Lincoln Doyle.

What I love is that he didn't just sit on his laurels and stick to Swedish. He's doing active release. He's doing

tie. And every summer he's adding new skills. That's what makes him a spa award winner worthy.

Now, he was nominated, but he did not win.

Okay.

So that was a, not a bummer, but it was, uh, it was expected.

Did he think he was going to win?
