I'm Lou Dobbs with this great America show news update, President Trump indicted the indictment

comes after a seven-month wildly hyperpartisan investigation by Jack Smith and his special counsel

secret staff, none identified publicly. President Trump expected to appear in a Miami court room

Tuesday afternoon for the arrangement. The New York Times reporting there are seven charges,

including willfully retaining national defense secrets,

in violation of the Esponage Act conspiracy to obstruct justice and making false statements.

All of the charges highly inflated and, frankly, hyperboleically charged.

The Marxist Dems and the Biden regime for the first time in American history

have indicted a former president and political opponent of the president.

The charges seemed to me to be rendered in the most malicious, outrageous, and venal tone

under color of public office. Its prosecutorial misconducted my opinion of the worst kind

never before witnessed in this country. President Trump released the following statement

after learning about the indictment. Our country is going to hell and they come after

Donald Trump weaponizing the justice support, weaponizing the FBI. We can't let this continue

to go on because it's ripping our country to shreds. We have such big problems and this shouldn't

be one of them. It's a hoax. The whole thing is a hoax. Just like Russia, Russia, Russia,

just like the fake dossier was a hoax. You saw the Durham report. You saw the Mueller report.

It was all a big hoax. You had two impeachments and they lost in we won and we had tremendous support.

But that was a hoax and a scam and now they're doing it again. It's just a continuation seven

years even after I'm out. But it's called election interference. They're trying to destroy a

reputation so they can win an election. That's just as bad as doing any of the other things that

have been done over the last number of years and especially during the 2020 election.
